G-1 Tactical Solutions, LLC.

Our Leadership Program focuses on achieving leadership at all levels.

Leading Self

Leadership begins with the self. You must first be able to build your confidence by setting goals and achieving them. Establish structure in your life and build on it. It is impossible to believe you can lead others if you are unable to lead yourself on the path you are deciding to lead others on. If you are seeking for a program that will turn your project leaders into leaders then seek no further.

Leading Others

In order to lead others, you must be able to stand strong with confidence. Know the tough choices ahead and instil the discipline necessary to lead your team to victory. To do this, you must not only be confident, you must lead by example. Show your ability to lead from the front and others will follow.

Leading Managers

It is one thing to stand in front of those willing to follow you and give your orders and expect results. It is another to be able to command others to lead. If you yourself cannot lead them yourself, you must put others in charge to fulfil the tasks you set for them. This type of leader must be able to see the big picture understand how to put all the moving parts together and have different teams completing tasks independently.

Leading the Mission

In leading the mission, you must be able to take control of the team and set them in motion. Establish a plan and have all members of the team follow through with their objectives. It is important to have all members of the team operate under the same SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). This is how you stay in sync with one another and it is imperative you train in a manner that will force you to do this.

Leading the War

To lead a war and win a war, as the commander in chief. You must be able to lead many small missions at the same time with an outcome that will benefit the next mission or with the other current missions. This requires that you have all your leaders in place and they understand the overall mission and the sub-missions necessary to accomplish this goal. It is up to you to make sure all involved see your vision.

Our Leadership program will put all of these leadership aspects into action. Whatever level your managers are at, we will build them up to the next level. Do you want to turn a new manager into a good manager, one that will succeed and not crack under pressure? Do you want your middle management to be able to take the next step in leadership and be able to not only handle more, but be able to handle it in the heat of battle?

How does the leadership program Level 1 work?

Each participant will be given 10 troops to lead. These 10 individuals will be your responsibility to turn them into a team and a team that will be able to succeed as one team not 10 individuals. We will show you how to lead, motivate, coordinate and maintain a successful team. These teams will be pitted against one another in competition.

How does the leadership program level 2 work?

Level 2 is a similar set up as level one. The difference is that you will be tasked with creating leaders, not just leading those who follow. You will be tasked with finding the strongest within the group and turning them into leaders themselves. Then you will be tasked with running multiple missions at the same time putting trust in your chosen leaders to accomplish their mission in order to accomplish the overall mission for all the teams. Again, you will be pitted against one another in battle.

How long does this course last?

The standard course duration is 5 days (4 days of training). All participants will be accommodated in the same hotel. Days will begin early and finish late.

What are some of the objectives and competitions?

The overall objective is to take a person and turn them into leaders. He will have to lead his men or women through physical and mental challenges, challenges that will force him to teach unity. Once he/she is able to do this, they will then be pitted against one another in obstacle challenges, shooting challenges, mission challenges. "The G1 experience is a complete training well structured around physical fitness, Pekiti and firearms basics and tactics. It is equally enjoyable for those with or without experience in any of the fields covered during the training. The Pekiti training with highly qualified instructors was for me a great introduction and I still continue the training now, as the principles taught in the course go far beyond the scope of Pekiti and can be applied to any martial arts or self defense systems. The emphasis on footwork and its coordination with other techniques and upper body is an important part of the training which I found quite challenging but I ended up having great fun trying to make it work. The extra day of jungle survival was awesome and very instructive as an introduction and also shows how difficult a situation it can be to be in the middle of an environment that gets you out of your comfort zone. Overall, having participated in two G-1 sessions only made me join more of them as soon as I get the opportunity and although the days were tough and the nights quite short they were filled with unforgettable memories."
