Secure Travel Program

This program is for individual or corporate use. Too often, the travel planning is left to the personal assistant or human resource manager to arrange travel for their boss or for the company executives. However, this is an error which can have severe consequences. The PA or HRM do not have the experience necessary to make security decisions concerning their employer’s safety. There is an enormous amount of information to consider when planning a trip and when you are traveling to an unknown region or a third world country, you need to be aware of the potential risks involved. Whether it is geological, political, environmental, cultural etc. these are all factors that need to be evaluated.

• Do we know the limousine service picking up the VIP?
• Do we know their personnel?
• Is our hotel secure?
• Does it have security measures for bomb threats?
• Is the café across the street an extremist meeting point?
• Where are the road blocks set up this week?

These are all factors that go into consideration when planning your trip. You are not just backpacking or a tourist visiting the local hot spots. If you are of high net worth, a celebrity or have connections in a corporation that is against extremist views, you are at risk.
